What is with the company name — only focus on AI?
AI adoption is one of my core disciplines alongside Organisational Change Management and Digital Product Adoption. The .ai domain reflects this focus — and the growing importance of getting the human side of AI right.

What is your AI expertise — and how does it differ from your OCM background?
My OCM and AI expertise are not separate — they are deeply connected. AI adoption fails primarily because of people, not technology. That is where 20+ years of OCM experience becomes a direct competitive advantage. I apply the Prosci Change Management Methodology and ADKAR® Model directly to AI rollouts, addressing the human barriers that account for the majority of implementation failures.
Beyond advising, I also build. My Berkeley AI Capstone Project sparked the development of an AI-powered solution for Change and Adoption Leads, currently under development. I work hands-on with Anthropic’s products on a daily basis.
Can I engage you through NNIT?
Yes. I have worked for the company twice — from back in the day when we were called Novo Nordisk IT from 2000 to 2003, and again with the current NNIT name from 2020 to 2023. I have an agreement with NNIT that means that I can work as a subcontractor. In other words, if your company has a framework agreement with NNIT, I am able to work for you providing my services through NNIT. Are you only serving the pharmaceutical industry?
With 17 years of experience, I am specialised in the pharmaceutical industry. However, my services are also applicable to digital transformation across various industries and the public sector. A change driver can also be business transformation resulting from an M&A or restructuring — i.e., the change does not have to be technology-driven.
Why OCM instead of Change Management?
I come from a background in IT consulting. Change Management in an IT System Management context is different: It is an IT role. Hence, Organisational Change Management (OCM) to highlight that I work with the people side of change.
What is Agentic AI — and why does it require Organisational Change Management (OCM)?
Agentic AI refers to AI systems that can act autonomously — executing tasks, making decisions, and working across tools and systems without constant human input. Gartner estimates that 40%+ of agentic AI projects will be cancelled by 2027, primarily due to unclear business value and insufficient human readiness. This is exactly where change management becomes critical. Preparing people for a world where AI agents handle tasks autonomously requires structured readiness assessment, clear communication, and ongoing capability building — not just technical deployment.
Are there different meanings to the term adoption?
Yes, as the context for adoption matters — Change, Digital, Product & AI. Aspects like key metrics, owner, risks and enablers are different. Also — what is AI adoption and AI tool adoption are two very different things. These terms are often used interchangeably.
